Even at that stage, Ricardo and Stephanie made it possible for us to approve some modifications to best suit our needs, including infrastructure and most of the finishings. The house came out great and completely on schedule. Only minor things had to be fixed after the delivery, which is normal for any new construction, but everything was solved quickly and to our complete satisfaction.

“TREO was in charge of building our dream home, in which we have been living happily for 2 years now. They are completely trustworthy, to the point that we were comfortable advancing open-ended capital and simply receiving regular updates on the uses. (Having had direct experiences and heard other horror stories of malfeasance in the South Florida construction world, we cannot stress highly enough the value of this!)
In the first year of the project we were living on the other side of the country, and they kept us updated with reports, emails, calls, and even drone pictures as the sitework progressed. The relationship was very friendly and collaborative amongst us and the architect. Their extensive experience in our area meant they understood the permitting and other processes and knew many of the key people to help keep the project moving forward. Having worked with many subcontractors in South Florida, they are aware of the quality and tradeoffs with many providers and are therefore helpful in making selections in subcontractors and certain materials/construction choices. After we moved, they continued to provide support as needed while we made all the final adjustments as the house settled and we ironed out any remaining items around the homebuilding and even interior design parts of the project.
Ricardo is a pleasure to work with and we couldn’t be happier in our new home.”

We just recently completed a 45-unit multi-family development and for the first time in three decades of development I have a project that was delivered on time and on budget. TREO did a great job of ‘shielding’ us from stressful situations that they were able to solve without consulting us on each and every immaterial issue that arose.
